Present were: Mayor- Jason Lee, City Auditor – Faith Van Horn Alderpersons: Marnie Dietz, Denise Dietz & Troy Finneman Absent: Burt Cook Guest: Dean Van Horn City Council Meeting Minutes from September 10, 2022 were read and approved as written. Department Reports: Lagoon/Landfill/Streets- Street signs need to be replaced. Grounds – Nothing new to report. Water/Sewer – Waiting on new water meters to be replaced. Annual inspection of lift station was complete. Buildings – Nothing new to report. Discussion • Discussion of annual inspection by Dakota Pump and Control. • Denise Dietz made motion to change invoices for water bills from net 15 to net 25. Troy Finneman seconded. Motion passed. • Discussion of budget. • Marnie Dietz made motion to transfer money from the money market account at Bank of the West to the checking account at First State Bank. Denise Dietz seconded. Motion passed.
