City of Peterborough commits $2.7M to new drop-in site, overnight winter shelter at former Trinity United Church

The former Trinity United Church on Reid Street will host a daytime drop-in space year-round and overnight drop-in program from Oct. 1 to March 31 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
