City of Colorado Springs agrees to pay nearly $3 million to family of Black man fatally shot by police

The City of Colorado Springs in Colorado has agreed to pay nearly $3 million to settle a civil lawsuit brought by the family of De’Von Bailey, a 19-year-old who was fatally shot as he ran from police officers.
