Despite several attempts to resist, an Altoona man was arrested Monday on charges of terroristic threats and simple assault, Altoona police reported.
John Farabaugh, 55, was arraigned Monday by Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller, and cash bail was set at $7,500, which he posted.
Police were contacted by a third party about a physical altercation at Farabaugh’s residence, and though Farabaugh initially allowed police to enter his home, they reported that he refused to talk about the altercation.
Upon entry, police noticed a woman had a red scratch leading vertically from her hairline to her right eye, court documents stated.
