City joins Harbor Resiliency Festival in recognizing 60th anniversary of the Good Friday Tsunami

The City and the Harbor announce this week-end’s Tsunami Resiliency Festival, March 23. The Festival will commemorate the 60th anniversary of the 1964 Tsunami which destroyed downtown Crescent City. Events
