City hosts free dump day

On April 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.,  the city of Oroville is offering on a first come, first-served basis the opportunity to clear the clutter by getting rid of unwanted items at the Recology Transfer Facility at 2720 South 5th Street for no charge.
