Councilman Stokes wants a youth curfew back in Jackson to cut down on the crime.
Councilman Kenneth Stokes responded to Gov. Tate Reeves and state leaders who passed the new public safety initiatives in Mississippi. The new enforcement began last week with the motive to help reduce crime in the capital city.
