City, business owners to meet again to discuss how best to spend money set aside for downtown

FAIRFIELD — Business owners are scheduled to meet once again with city staff to help determine how to spend money that’s designated for the downtown area.
The meeting will take place May 13 at the Downtown Theatre, 1035 Texas St.
