CISSOID and Silicon Mobility, the developer of the FPCU (Field Programmable Controller Unit) semiconductor architecture have announced the integration of Silicon Mobility's OLEA FPCU controller with CISSOID's Silicon Carbide (SiC) Intelligent Power Module (IPM) platform.
