Cincinnati Woman Sentenced to 84 Months in Prison for COVID-19 Relief Fraud

CINCINNATI - Kelli Prather, a 52-year-old Cincinnati resident, received an 84-month prison sentence today in U.S. District Court after being convicted last summer on multiple counts of fraud, announced authorities.
