Cincinnati officer accused of failing to turn in rape kits

A Cincinnati police officer is accused of failing to turn in rape kits. Officer Christopher Schroder's criminal defense attorney says he expects his client to plead guilty to misdemeanor dereliction of duty as soon as next week.
