UPPER THUMB — In an effort to spread Christmas cheer and bring the community together, Chelsea Corbishley, family services coordinator at Head Start, had the idea to bring a Christmas Eve Jingle to Huron County.
After hearing about other areas participating in a collective scheduled bell ringing on Christmas Eve, Corbishley thought it would be the perfect way for the community to come together and help Santa fly his sleigh.
