Christ's miracles tell more than those of the Old Testament

The Word of God is present in different ways in different things. It is through the Word, after all, that all things that are not God came to be. But let us permit St. John to tell us the full story:
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God…. In him was life, and the life was the light of men.... The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. [
