CHP looking for hit-and-run driver who killed man walking on 405 Freeway in Irvine

A 33-year-old man crossed southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway near MacArthur Boulevard Tuesday evening, jumped the center divider and was struck by a vehicle in the HOV lane.
