Accrington Town Hall
A 57-year-old man who was prone to falling out of bed after having a drink was found dead by his father.
Neil Parsons, of Marsden Close, Eccleston, Chorley, was found unresponsive by his dad on the morning of January 12.
Mr Parsons, who lived with his father, Frank, was prone to falling out of bed during the night, due to a heavy reliance on alcohol.
At an inquest in Accrington Town Hall, Coroner Richard Taylor told the hearing that falling out of bed during the night was not uncommon, and Mr Parsons Snr had experienced these incidents with his son in the past, calling the paramedics on several occasions.
