Chiyoda, Cognite, and MC's alliance aim to help customers grow more competitive and enhance their corporate value. Through effective use of data-driven apps designed to boost efficiency and strengthen facility management, industrial firms will better optimize plant operations and oil and gas resources, contributing to global decarbonization efforts.
FREMONT, CA: Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda), Cognite, and Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a proof-of-concept (POC) agreement ("the Agreement"). The former involves joint provision and collaboration on the Mirai Fusion (MF) digital solutions platform for industrial facilities and plants. In contrast, the latter requires proof-of-concept work for a Japanese oil refinery. Their goal is to develop these solutions further and eventually make them available to a wide range of industrial facilities in Japan and abroad, including additional oil refineries, LNG, and petrochemical plants.
