五部门发文倡导国际和国内航线船舶相对固定经营-中新网

拟转入国内航线营运的国际航行船舶，如需进行船员换班，应当在入境口岸按照当地国际船员换班有关规定进行。经14天健康监测无异常且核酸检测为阴性的，报当地联防联控机制同意后，按国内航行船舶船员进行换班。
