China is drawing a road map for EV-fuelled growth – and wants global cooperation to oil the wheels

With its newly minted status as the world’s top car exporter, largely driven through the expansion of its electric vehicle stock, China must be wary of trade measures that threaten to throttle exports and industrial growth, a new document warns.
