Childcare policymaker says five-year plan needed to address issues affecting estimated 6,423 Wicklow children

The ongoing issues facing Wicklow’s early years and school age care settings can only be addressed with a coherent five-year plan, according to Early Childhood Ireland, who believe staffing is now the “number one challenge” facing the Garden County’s care providers.
