Chicory, artichokes and Brussels sprouts for the winter months
A few days ago the marketing of green and red chicory, artichoke hearts and Brussels sprouts, produced in Italy by Sipo, began.

Artichoke heart
The production areas for artichokes are located in Sardinia, in the provinces of Cagliari, Oristano and Sassari. "Artichoke hearts are very appreciated. The processing is carried out directly at the production company, in order to guarantee maximum freshness. Within 36 hours, the product goes from the field to the retail counter. Requests sometimes exceed availability. We believe that Sardinian producers are among the best in Italy, for this product. Artichoke hearts are packaged in filmed R-Pet trays".
