Good Sam, for the 2021-22 broadcast season, according to Deadline. Sophia Bush will star as talented, but stifled, surgeon Sam Griffith, who embraces her leadership role after her boss falls into a coma. However, when he awakens and wants to resume surgery, it falls to her to supervise the person who never acknowledged her talents -- and who also just happens to be her father.
