A Chicago man has been charged with murder after allegedly killing a 7-year-old girl who was waiting to be served with her father in McDonald’s drive-thru.
18-year-old Marion Lewis was charged with killing Jaslyn Adams, 7, as she was waiting at the drive-thru in Chicago
Among other counts, Lewis was charged with first-degree murder.
Jasyln was shot and killed as Lewis was allegedly attempting to carjack the family’s vehicle, according to police.
Lewis was trying to evade authorities on the Eisenhower Expressway when he crashed his vehicle just moments before.
