Chester County to celebrate Operation Green Light Nov. 6 to Nov. 12 to honor veterans

For Operation Green Light, the county will present a commissioners’ proclamation and illuminate the façade of the Chester County Historic Courthouse in green and encourages residents to participate by shining a green light bulb from Nov. 6 to Nov. 12.
