Chester County Prison corrections officer charged with delivering drugs to inmates

Antoine Williams, 27, of Philadelphia was charged on Oct. 6 with eight felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, eight counts of dealing in proceeds of an unlawful activity, and related offenses.
