Chester County man robbed bank, left walking with a cane

Police said Bernard Gilliam, a 61-year-old man with convictions for robbery, theft and burglary in his past, but none recently, walked into Citadel Federal Credit Union in Sadsbury Township Monday and demanded money from a teller.
