CHESHIRE West and Chester Council and communities have been shortlisted for the Co-operative Council of the Year award – and you can play a part in choosing the winner.
The prestigious award recognises councils across the UK which are committed to co-operative principles and working with communities to achieve common goals.
CWaC has been shortlisted for its co-operative approach to building stronger communities, encouraging residents to play their part in shaping the area's future.
Councillor Louise Gittins, leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council, said: “This is not just a nomination for the council but for our whole community, and for our collective approach to working together to build stronger communities.
