Chesapeake Police locate missing 18-year-old woman with severe autism

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Chesapeake Police have located a missing 18-year-old woman with severe autism.
18-year-old Alanna Rose Smelkinson was last seen in the area of the 2300 block of Smith Avenue around 3:45 p.m., Saturday. Police say she was located in Virginia Beach.
Police say she is 5 foot 4 inches tall and 90 pounds. She has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
Alanna was last seen wearing a green shirt, leggings that look like jeans and gray shoes. Police say Alanna is approachable.
