In response to the ongoing construction of a KMC Metro station on Barnaby Road, the Greater Chennai Traffic Police (GCTP) has introduced traffic diversions on Poonamallee High Road (EVR Salai) and its environs. These temporary diversions, initiated as a trial, are intended to enhance traffic efficiency and prioritize commuter safety throughout the construction phase.
