Cheltenham locals offered 'anti-pee paint' to stop drunk racegoers weeing on homes

Cheltenham Festival starts today with with more than 250,000 people expected to descend on the town. Locals say they are "sick" of seeing boozy revellers urinating in public after watching the horse racing
