Charleston police seek person of interest in homicide | Kanawha Valley

The Charleston Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is searching for Izak Surface, 21, of Charleston, after Lora Farley, 36, of Charleston, was found deceased on the floor of a residence in the 1600 block of Chandler Drive.
