Lawyers Paul Marchese and Robin Maynard to repay $510G to a dead client's charitable trust

Paul Marchese and Robin Maynard agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging misappropriation of $1.3 million from a charitable foundation. The suit was filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James' office last year.
