“We pointed out that this happened at the time of bail hearings and also later into the investigation. There were also email communications with lawyers that were improperly accessed and used by the police for investigative purposes … It was our position that the police breached those conditions and, as a consequence, unlawfully and illegally accessed solicitor-party communications.”
