Charges laid in Bayham, Ont., fire pit incident that killed child, injured 4 others
Provincial police have charged a 55-year-old Bayham man in a firepit incident that left a one-year-old dead and four others severely injured.

Provincial police have laid charges in a fire pit incident that left a one-year-old child dead and four others severely injured in Bayham, Ont., on July 12.
A 55-year-old Johan Hiebert from Bayham is facing one count of criminal negligence causing death and four counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
