The Chapman Township Volunteer Fire Company will be holding a fundraiser to raise money for the station. The fundraiser will also benefit local businesses.
RENOVO — The Chapman Township Volunteer Fire Company has started their first of what they plan on becoming a semi-annual fundraiser which they hope will not only benefit them but will surely help local businesses.
The “Businesses Fund Drive” is a raffle in which the fire company purchased 30 $25 gift certificates from the Renovo area surrounding businesses. One winner will receive all 30 certificates.
The fundraising committee has decided instead of purchasing prizes from large retail stores they would try to help local businesses. The area businesses have been suffering through the COVID-19 pandemic so why not help them out and the fire company at the same time.
