Chaotic lantern festival and organizer response 'very racist,' says Six Nations community member

The organizer of what became a chaotic lantern festival, held Aug. 20 on a First Nations community in Ontario, says it relied on the venue to ensure the event could move forward, despite members of the community saying it was too dangerous.
