Chaos in court as brother of girl, 15, shot 22 times while walking dog tries to attack her killer

Abel Alvarez, the brother of murdered teenager Diamond Alvarez, lunged at her suspected killer Frank DeLeon, 17, in court on Thursday and had to be escorted out by security.
