Changing hands: 23-year-old entrepreneur takes over Towson luxury watch brand from Under Armour founder Kevin Plank

Spencer Shattuck, a recent Johns Hopkins University graduate and son of former energy executive Mayo Shattuck, has purchased luxury watchmaker Towson Watch Co. from Under Armour founder Kevin Plank and is looking to build the brand in what he sees as a growing niche.
