Changes are coming to Alabama Launchpad, the startup competition that has provided more than $5 million in seed money to 100 companies created in-state.
The program from the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama, now in its 15th year, will begin focusing more on what it calls “intensive and personalized support,” not just for companies that win the competition, but those competing. The changes came from feedback from investors, judges, winners and finalists.
