India's Chandrayaan-2 orbiter has transmitted a total of 65 terabytes (TB) of data since its launch in 2019. The data is expected to increase as the payloads aboard the Vikram lander and Pragyan rover from the Chandrayaan-3 mission become fully operational. The orbiter has 15 scientific instruments, with eight housed within it, which have been studying the Moon, the Sun, and Earth.
