Chandigarh Mayor Polls: Supreme Court quashes election result, declares AAP Candidate to be winner

The Court was hearing a petition by AAP Councillor Kuldeep Kumar who alleged fraud in the decision by RO Anil Masih to declare BJP Manoj Sonkar (now resigned) as the Chandigarh Mayor on January 30.
