Chandigarh Mayor polls: Supreme Court grills Returning Officer, calls for ballot papers; says it is disturbed by horse-trading

CJI Chandrachud today grilled the Returning Officer (RO) over his alleged conduct during the counting of the votes and grilled him on why he was seen making ticks and crosses (marking "x"s) on ballot papers.
