(CSE: SHRM) (FWB: 496) (OTCQB: SHRMF), Chairman and CEO Roger McIntyre today announced the Company's appointment of Stephen R. Brooks as its new Chief Financial Officer and Peter Rizakos as the firm's new General Counsel.
