ELLSWORTH — The Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating its 65th year in a new location. The chamber is moving this week across the parking lot to a newly refurbished space next to Martha’s Diner.
The new address is 151 High St., Suite 5. The space, formerly occupied by a nail salon and hair salon, has been gutted and renovated to make an airy visitor center with offices and storage. The entire front is a large expanse of glass. Eleven-foot ceilings in the visitor center give a contemporary look to the chamber’s new home.
