Ceremonial tapping launches annual Maple in the County | Cornwall Standard-Freeholder

On a spring-like, sunny and unseasonably warm Friday morning, at the Vader’s Maple Syrup sap house on the southeast corner of East Lake, a small crowd of maple syrup producers and their families, county politicians and journalists gathered to kick off the annual Maple in the County Festival, set for Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and 24.
