One of last century-old, seafront Seven Bungalows faces demolition in Mumbai. The bungalow, named Talati Bungalow, is one of the remaining last two of the original Seven Bungalows in Versova. BMC issued a notice to vacate and pull down the structure, claiming it is in a ruinous state. The co-owners of the property allege a conspiracy to evict them for redevelopment purposes.
