Centre to launch district level good governance index in J&K: Jitendra Singh

Uniindia: New Delhi, Jan 2 (UNI) As part of administrative reforms, the central government will soon launch a first of its kind a district level Good Governance Index in Jammu and Kashmir to assess the status of governance.
