7th Pay Commission Proposal Implementation: Employees and pensioners will now have to wait a bit longer for their increased dearness allowance (DA) and dearness relief (DR) to reach their accounts as the meeting that was supposed to discuss the hike in DA and DR have been postponed due to COVID.
