Celtics notebook: Terrence Clarke’s death leaves Kemba Walker, Brad Stevens shaken

As he sat down for his postgame media conference Brad Stevens was polite and gave an answer about the Celtics’ ability to respond to Suns’ runs in Thursday’s 99-86 win, but he couldn’t continue.
From the time the game ended to the time he reached the video conference, Stevens had learned of the death of Terrence Clarke, a Boston area basketball star, who was expected to be a first-round draft choice after one season at Kentucky.
