March 27th is World Theatre Day. It's a day to celebrate the importance of theatre arts. Professional theatre company, TEATRX is doing that and amplifying Latinx voices in the city, but they couldn't do it without the non-profit Fresh Arts. Both organizations told Houston Life how they're fostering community.
