PEORIA, Ill. — CEFCU is expanding its operations with the purchase of four Illinois branches of Simmons Bank near St. Louis.
The purchase includes locations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Columbia, Edwardsville, Godfrey and O’Fallon, Illinois.
“The completion of the purchase strengthens our ability to serve all CEFCU member/owners and we look forward to providing these new members and communities with quality financial products and services,” said CEFCU CEO and President Mark Spenny.
With assets totaling over $7 billion, CEFCU serves over 357,000 members through 26 Illinois Member Centers and five centers in California, according to a news release.
